Safeguarding, Swim England Wavepower

Swim England, with the National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (NSPCC). operates Wavepower, which governs the clubs Child Safeguarding Policies and Procedures.

Within this you can report any issues to our Club Welfare Officer, or alternatively to the confidential free-phone number where children or adults can report suspected abuse of young people.

The service is provided for anyone involved in swimming, including children and young people, who believe that the welfare of a young person is at risk. This could be neglect or abuse, bullying or fear of someone, or anything that is worrying you and you don't know who to discuss it with.
